Anthony (Tony) Martin has been a cetacean biologist with the UK's Cambridge-based Sea Mammal Research Unit since 1978. During this time he has studied whales, dolphins and porpoises in many parts of the world and feels most at home in small, remote fieldcamps with dolphins on his doorstep. His fieldwork migrations have taken him to the Arctic in summer and the Amazon in the winter.
