Who Model Formulary 2004

This new edition details changes made to the WHO model list of essential medicines in 2003 and provides a useful resource for countries wishing to develop their own national formulary. For each medicine, it gives information on use, dosage, adverse effects, contraindications and warnings, supplemented by guidance on the selection of medicines for a range of conditions.
