Reports on the awareness & level of confidence that Veterans Administration (VA) employees, particularly medical employees, have regarding Whistleblower Protection (WP). Whistleblowing refers to Federal employees who report on misconduct in their agency. Fear of reprisal might deter employees from reporting misconduct.
