What's for Dinner?

This is a more than a cookbook--it is a simple 12-week meal planner designed for busy people on-the-go! The bright color-coded menu dividers indicate each week's menu with the matching grocery list (by departments) on the back. Following each week's menu are the recipes for the week usually with a meat, vegetable, & a fruit each day. Following the fruit recipe is the preparation directions for the next day such as thawing meat, chilling fruit, or making a salad. If you have your own favorite recipe, it can be stapled on the recipe note page at the end of the week. The daily menus are colorful & nutritious. Usually Day 1 is one of the best meals for the week or may take longer preparation time such as: steak, pork chops, roasts, turkey, lasagna, & spaghetti. The rest of the meals have just a few ingredients & even some simple convenience foods directions. The directions are written in numerical steps, instead of in paragraph form.
