Welfare Reform : States' Experiences in Providing Employment Assistance to TANF Clients

Information on how states that were early implementers of welfare reform & of one-stop career centers were providing employment & training assist. under welfare reform. Determines (1) the structural approaches states are using to provide employment & training services to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) clients, (2) the employment & training assist. the states are providing, & (3) the funding sources states are using to pay for this assist.
