Tobacco Control Legislation

Already the single most preventable cause of death and disease in many countries, tobacco use is estimated to be responsible for the deaths of 4.9 million people a year. This publication contains guidelines for the development of legislative policies for tobacco control, in support of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control.
