Richard A. Burbank holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute, an M.S. and a PhD (also in M.E.) from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. At UMass he continued as a post-doctoral, inter-departmental Research Associate until he joined the R&D staff of E.I.
