This project, the Outcomes Dissemination Project of the Maine Medical Assessment Foundation (MMAF), ran from 1991 to 1996. Its goal was to evaluate the process of physician education & feedback that had been developed by the MMAF. Tri-state study groups were developed with membership from physicians in Maine, New Hampshire, & Vermont. The overall conclusion of the report was that the MMAF process has demonstrated a number of successes in disseminating its methods to physicians in the other two northern New England States.
