Redesigning Methods and Procedures for Delivery of Local Services in Small Island Countries

This publication addresses the particular problems of small island countries faced with the need to reform their public services. One key observation is that systemwide capacity-building programmes should be devised to enhance the delivery of social services. Good governance initiatives can be used to promote such programmes.
