Principles of Controlled Maintenance Management

P. Dale Johnson is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. He has more than thirty years of experience in performing, supervising, and managing plant/facility engineering operations and maintenance. His maintenance management system is used by many U.S. government facility operations and maintenance contractors, and has saved many millions of dollars in maintenance costs. He developed the first four-year college curriculum in plant/facility engineering and maintenance. The curriculum had immediate worldwide acceptance. Among his published works are six articles and four manuals on maintenance management.
