This book is about a little girl named Ruth, who one day cannot find her teddy bear. She begins to ask all of her family members starting with her mom, then her dad, then her sister, then her brother, but none of her family members know where her teddy bear can be found. But Ruth will not give up her quest to find her teddy bear, so she asks her pet dog if he knows where her teddy bear can be found. All of our pets take things and hide them, and this is just what Ruth’s pet dog has done. Ruth’s pet dog had hidden the teddy bear under a blue chair. But Ruth’s pet dog is a good little pet dog, so he goes and finds Ruth’s teddy bear and brings it to her. Ruth thanks her little pet dog for finding her teddy bear, and the story finishes with a good ending.
