Nursing Documentation: A Nursing Process Approach

Nancy H. Camp MSN RN, C received her diploma in Nursing from Presbyterian School of Nursing in Philadelphia and her BS from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. She earned her MS in Nursing from Villanova University College of Nursing in Villanova, Pennsylvania, where her major area of study was nursing administration. During the past 20 years, Ms. Camp has held positions as a staff nurse, preceptor, clinical instructor, standards coordinator, and director of education. She has extensive consulting experience and has provided seminars and consultation services on a variety of topics, including nursing documentation, nursing standards development, and patient outcomes. In addition, she maintains her clinical practice as a student health nurse and educator at Valley Forge Military Academy and College in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Ms. Camp has written another textbook on medical surgical nursing, and she contributed to Expert Physical Examinations, published by Mosby in 1997.
