.NET Compact Framework

Microsoft's .NET strategy has so far been confined to servers and desktop PCs, but Summer 2002 will see the release of the .NET Compact Framework, a carefully crafted, cut-down version of the .NET Framework designed specifically for handheld devices - palmtops, phones and PDAs alike.
