National Evaluation of the Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids Program (HOPWA)

Safe, decent & affordable housing can reduce homelessness that is too often associated with HIV/AIDS. HUD's HOPWA grant program provides housing assist. & related supportive services for low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS & their families. It allows communities to design long-term, comprehensive strategies that are specific to their needs. This is the first nat. evaluation of the HOPWA program.
