Frank Schwierz serves as Privatdozent and is Head of the RF Nano Device Research Group at the Technische Universitt Ilmenau, Germany. He teaches courses on Nanoelectronics, GHz-THz Electronics, Basics of Circuit Integration, and Microelectronic Devices and was involved in the development of the fastest silicon-based transistors worldwide in the late 1990s and Europe's smallest Si MOSFETs in the early 2000s. Hei Wong joined the faculty of the Department of Electronic Engineering at City University of Hong Kong in 1989 and is currently a professor of the department. Dr. Wong has worked on MOS device modeling and characterization, hot-electron effects, thin dielectric film physics, integrated circuit process modeling and characterization, MOS integrated circuit designs, solid-state sensors, and silicon photonics. Dr. Wong has served as a Regional Editor for the journal Microelectronics Reliability since 1999 and was the Regional Editor for IEEE EDS Newsletter during 2002-2008. Juin J. Liou is currently the Pegasus Distinguished Professor and UCF-Anaiog Devices Fellow at the University of Central Florida. He holds several honorary professorships, including Chang Jiang Scholar Endowed Professor of Ministry of Education, China the highest honorary professorship in China, Chang Gung Endowed Professor of Chang Gung University, Taiwan, and Cao Guang-Biao Endowed Professor of Zhejiang University, China.
