1928. The writer and sculptor's autobiography. Sheridan, cousin of Winston Churchill, was an accomplished British sculptress. Shortly after the Russian Revolution, she went to the Soviet Union in 1920 and sculpted busts of several Bolshevik leaders, e.g. Lenin, Trotsky, and Zinoviev. Later she sculpted her cousin, Winston Churchill, who used his influence to gain her entry into post-WWII Italy, where she converted to Catholicism. An interesting note about Sheridan: In 2002 there were reports that secret documents had revealed that Sheridan had divulged details of a conversation with Churchill to a Russian intelligence officer. It is considered an intriguing episode in the former prime minister's life.Sheridan, Clare is the author of 'Naked Truth' with ISBN 9780766197732 and ISBN 0766197735.
