Thaddeus "Thady" Ryan is Master of Foxhounds of the renowned Scarteen "Black and Tans" of County Limerick, Ireland. He is a beloved figure at the Royal Dublin Society Horse Show -- whether exhibiting, judging, or parading hounds. He served as Chef d'Equipe of the Irish Three-Day teams at the Tokyo and Mexico Olympic Games, and has traveled for his government as its international sporting ambassador. Thady received the horn from his father in 1946, hunted the famous pack for the next forty seasons, then passed the horn on to his son, Chris.
