Each state has its own loose leaf volume, with accompanying CD-ROM disc, which is updated semi- annually. The volume includes an up-to-date discussion of the state's laws relating to mortgage lending as well as a copy of the complete text on CD-ROM of every case, statute, attorney general opinion, law review article, & state house or senate opinion pertaining to the practice of law in this area.
