The ghost of Captain William Kidd has stood guard over his treasure on Charles Island for nearly 300 years. Local legend says he placed an evil curse on his riches to keep them forever safe from looters. Famed treasure hunter Oklahoma ("Just call me O.K!") Smith arrives in town and decides the local legends could very well be true - Kidd may have hidden several chests of pirate booty on the island in 1699 after visiting the coastal town of Milford, Connecticut, while running from the law.
