Journal of Lance Sterling

Poor Lloyd Boyd! His ex-wife, whom he loves, persecutes him. His mother, a woman so evil that she makes Lady Macbeth look like Mother Teresa, victimizes him. His stepfather, a gangster who smells like brass knuckles, pursues him. His employer, an inscrutable Chinese merchant, wants to torture him. These and other wacky characters intrude into his desire to stay alive and regain the love of his ex-wife. Poor Lloyd is dismayed. (He also has a foot fetish, but thatas beside the point.) However, while tossing his trash into a dumpster, Lloyd happens to find a handwritten journal that relates the exploits of a self-assured adventurer and womanizer, Lance Sterling.
