Information Management Update on Implementation of the 1996 Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments

The 1996 Electronic Freedom of Info. Act (e-FOIA) Amend. were intended to extend the principles of FOIA to info. stored electronically & improve public access to agency info., in part by requiring more materials to be available electronically.
