Mehdi Alem has obtained a Ph.D. degree in Microbiology and had postdoctoral trainings in the field of Medical Microbiology in the US and UK. Throughout his career, he held different positions including Scientist, Director and Associate Professor in various Universities, Clinical Laboratories, and in the Medical Diagnostic Industry. During the last 35 years, Dr. Alem has been actively involved in Teaching, Clinical Investigations, Management, Research and Development. He has compiled several books and published over 40 scientific publications.
