How Coaching Works

Joseph O'Connor and Andrea Lages are co-founders of the International Coaching Community, a community of over 1000 coaches from 31 countries. They are experienced coaches and have worked in life, business and executive coaching. They are founders of the coaching, training and consulting company Lambent do Brasil, based in Sao Paulo. They have already written a successful and highly-praised book (Coaching with NLP) that was translated into ten languages in its first year. They have trained coaches from around the world and have a wealth of knowledge on how coaching works in different cultures. Joseph has written 16 other books on NLP, systems thinking and leadership, including Introducing NLP (1990), which sold over 250,000 copies worldwide and has been translated into 27 languages.
