Yehonatan Sraya was born in Jerusalem, in 1935, to parents from Yemen. His First "hands-on" experience in performing acupressure was as a young child under his grandmother's tutelage. Dr. Sraya has a B.A. in special education and an M.A. in education from The Hebrew University. Dr. Sraya became a qualified acupuncturist after four years of studies in Chinese Medicine, at a branch of the California College of Acupuncture. He received his Ph.D. in Chinese medicine from Newport University, USA in 1993. Shortly thereafter he led a professional tour to China and received a certificate of appreciation from the University of BeijingSraya, Yehonatan is the author of 'Guide to Better Health A Holistic Approach' with ISBN 9781930143630 and ISBN 193014363X.
