Judith Whitecotton is currently an Instructor with Sam Houston State University in Texas. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Business Education from Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana, and her Masters in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. Ms. Whitecotton has been a personnel director for a hospital, an educational coordinator for a university, has taught business education classes at the high school level, marketing, management, and business classes at the college level, computer application software at the college level to business and education students, and has trained students in application software in the business industry. Ms. Whitecotton has conducted business training seminars for the Air Force in Japan and Korea, and also established a safety-training course for the workforce at Osan Air Base, Korea. Ms. Whitecotton developed the first PC computer lab at the Ruidoso High School in New Mexico, developed the first computer courses at the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation in New Mexico, and was instrumental in developing the Ruidoso Branch of Eastern New Mexico University, and eventually started teaching computer classes for them. Ms. Whitecotton developed a unique ?voucher system? to help students submit late work, and has presented this concept at conferences, seminars and workshops nationwide..
