Abdul Rashid Moten is Head and Professor of Political Science at the International Islamic University Malaysia. He earned his Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Alberta, Canada. He has been teaching at the university level for about 35 years in various countries. He has contributed 8 books and about 70 articles in internationally refereed journals. He is also the editor of the journal, Intellectual Discourse, published by the International Islamic University Malaysia.El-Faith A.
