Jordi Dez is Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Guelph. He is the author of Political Change and Environmental Policymaking in Mexico (Routledge, 2006) and editor of Canadian and Mexican Security in the New North America: Challenges and Prospects (McGill-Queen's University Press, 2006). O.P. Dwivedi is University Professor Emeritus at the University of Guelph.
