This is my story. For over twenty-five years, I was addicted to gambling. I lied, cheated, and schemed to get money to support my gambling habit and, though I tried on many occasions, I couldn't stop myself. The more I won, the more I needed to win, and when the winning stopped, I became desperate and did whatever was necessary to obtain the money necessary to continue gambling.
