He has developed new swap variants, new swap uses, widely used futures portfolio models, and various other innovative financial products. Marshall is also Professor of Finance in the Graduate School of Business of St. John's University. He has authored and coauthored seven books on financial products, including the much acclaimed Swaps Handbook (NYIF, 1990). He also serves as Executive Director of the American Association of Financial Engineers. He holds the M.B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees. Vipul K. Bansal is an Associate of Marshall and Associates and has been involved in both the creation and the application of several innovative new financial products. He has authored two books on financial innovation and has contributed substantially to the financial literature. Bansal is also Assistant Professor of Finance in the Colleges of Business of St. John's University. He is actively involved in the New York Society of Securities Analysts and serves as Associate Director of the American Association of Financial Engineers.
