Education for All - Is the World on Track?

This report is about opportunities to learn. Its primary purpose is to assess the extent to which the benefits associated with education are being extended to all children, youth and adults around the world and whether the commitments made in 2000 at the World Education Forum in Dakar are being met. The Forum agreed on six education for all (EFA) goals, which were considered to be essential, attainable and affordable given strong international commitment and resolve.
