After pursuing postgraduate studies in anthropology at the University of California, Berkeley, Mark Miller began his professional cooking career behind the line at Chez Panisse in 1976. Since then he has opened restaurants around the country, including the Coyote Cafe in Santa Fe and Las Vegas; Red Sage in Washington, D.C.; and most recently, Wildfire in Sydney, Australia.
