Centered Skier

Denise McCluggage, now lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she continues to do what she writes about. More than 50 years ago, she was writing about yoga for skiers and "Zen in the art of sking." She was co-founder in 1975 of the innovative Sugarbush Workshops in Centered Skiing, an approach to ski instruction directly involving the internal as well as external world.
