These guidelines offer advisory information in respect of measuring the slip resistance of flooring materials under water wet conditions. The Health and Safety Executive and the UK Slip Resistance Group currently recommend the use of two instruments widely available in the UK, the TRRL Pendulum and the Taylor Hobson Surtronic 10 or Duo Roughness Meter.
