Bio: Dr. Robert Titzer Robert C. Titzer, Ph.D., an educator and researcher in the field of infant learning and father of two beautiful daughters, currently lives in San Diego, CA. A decade ago, Titzer taught in the public schools in Guam and in California after earning his teaching credentials from San Diego State University.
