DENNIS DAMP is the author of over 20 books and a recognized government employment expert. He retired in 2004 at age 55 with 35 years federal government service. The last 20 years included numerous supervisory and management positions where he was responsible for recruiting, rating and interviewing applicants, outreach, and hiring for his organization.
