Baseline measures are being developed of current construction industry practices & measures of progress with respect to each of the 7 National Construction Goals (NCG). These goals are concerned with: reductions in the delivery time of constructed facilities; reductions in operations, maintenance, & energy costs; increases in occupant productivity & comfort; reductions in occupant-related illnesses & injuries; reductions in waste & pollution; increases in the durability & flexibility of constructed facilities; & reductions in construction worker illnesses & injuries.
