On January 2, 1947, the fully human natural body of Divine Queen Mariette born in the world from a woman, in the village of North Vietnam; at the time North and South Vietnam’s war began; divided Vietnam in two governments. The processes increased to various issues and levels, which involved her contacts United States government and states high-ranking officials and United Nations permanent members.
