  • Package your sellback items safely and securely
  • Drop your package off at your closest UPS store
  • Make sure your items get to our warehouse by the 20-day quote deadline

Within 2-10 business days of dropping off your package:

  • Your sellback items will arrive at our warehouse

Within 7 business days of receipt of your package:

  • We'll evaluate your items to ensure they meet our sellback standards
  • You'll receive an email update from us to let you know whether your sellback quote has been accepted, revised, or rejected (see our sellback policies for more information)

Within 14 business days of your sellback quote being accepted:

  • We'll issue your payment

Within 2-14 business days:

  • You get paid!
  • Checks will be mailed via USPS and generally take 7-14 business days to arrive
  • PayPal payments will be deposited directly into your PayPal account within 2-14 business days
